描述
GoldBand™ DL5,000 DNA Marker 由 9 个双链 DNA 片段组成（100、250、500、750、1,000、1,500、2,000、3,000、5,000 bp）。由于本产品已预混 1×loading 染料，因此可直接用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳。500 和 1,500 bp 片段的浓度为 125 ng/5 μL，其他片段的浓度为 50 ng/5 μL。本产品适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳中 DNA 片段的分析，不建议用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
