描述
GoldBand™ 100 bp DNA ladder 由 12 个双链 DNA 片段组成 (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1,000, 1,200, 1,500 bp)。由于本产品已预混 1× 上样染料，可直接用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳。500 bp 片段浓度为 125 ng/5 μL，其他片段浓度为 50 ng/5 μL。本产品适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳 DNA 片段分析，不推荐用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
