GoldBand™ 50 bp DNA Ladder 由 14 个双链 DNA 片段组成（50 bp、100 bp、150 bp、200 bp、250 bp、300 bp、350 bp、400 bp、500 bp、600 bp、700 bp、800 bp、900 bp、1,000 bp）。由于本产品已预先混合了 1× 加载中 缓冲，可直接用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳。参考带s 是 250 BP 和 500 bp， 浓度为100 ng/5 μL其余条带浓度为40 ng/5 μL本产品适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分析DNA片段，不建议用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
