希菲尔™ V 逆转录酶是 Hieff™ 的更新版本M-MLV（H-）逆转录酶通过基因工程技术获得，比Hieff™具有更高的cDNA合成能力、热稳定性和反应温度极限（高达60°C） M-MLV (H-) 逆转录酶。合成的 cDNA 产物可达 10kb。Hifair™ V型逆转录酶增强了模板的亲和力，适用于具有复杂二级结构或低拷贝基因的RNA模板的逆转录。

性能演示
1. 可承受58°C的反应温度，适用于复杂RNA模板的逆转录。
图 1. Hifair™ 的逆转录酶 V 逆转录酶和品牌 T* 分别在 55℃和 58℃下孵育 30 分钟，检测残留酶活力。结果表明，Hifair™ V逆转录酶在58℃孵育30分钟后仍能保持70％的活性，远远高于品牌T*。
2. RT-qPCR检测率优于其他品牌， 和 t检测范围为1 pg-1 μg。
图2. 以1 pg-1 μg（7个梯度）293T细胞总RNA为模板，采用Hifair™进行逆转录 V 一步法RT-gDNA消化SuperMix for qPCR(Cat#11142)，V*，T*。对获得的cDNA进行qPCR定量分析。结果表明11142ES的灵敏度可达1pg，优于其他品牌。
