描述
本产品适用于进行两轮PCR扩增的多重PCR实验， 适用于DNA病原微生物的联合检测。本试剂盒基于超级多重PCR，结合热启动改造技术，搭配最优的缓冲体系，可实现面板多重性为1-2,000的面板再扩增。本产品与逆转录体系兼容，扩增子GC含量可覆盖25-75%范围，具有高均一性、高特异性、高灵敏度的特点。本试剂适用于100-500bp等不同长度片段的多重扩增，也可用于千以上扩增子的捕获。
