描述
Monkeypox Virus Real Time qPCR Kit (UDG plus) 是用于检测猴痘病毒的 PCR 试剂盒。包含猴痘病毒引物探针、采用本公司新一代抗体法热启动 Taq 酶 2× Mix master mix 试剂和阳性对照，包括 Mg2+ 及dNTP等，并添加有效抑制非特异性PCR扩增的因子和增强多重qPCR反应扩增效率的因子，可提高反应的扩增效率，促进低浓度模板的高效扩增。本产品含有UDG酶，可有效防止气溶胶污染风险。
