描述
希夫™ Bst Plus DNA 聚合酶来源于嗜热土芽孢杆菌属 DNA聚合酶I，缺乏5'-3'外切酶活性。该酶具有更强的5'-3'DNA聚合酶活性、链置换活性和dUTP耐受性，更适合抗污染的等温扩增反应，如LAMP、CPA等。
