描述
希夫™ 超级 Bst DNA 聚合酶 来源于嗜热土芽孢杆菌属DNA聚合酶I，经基因改造去除5'-3'外切酶活性，该产品具有较强的5'-3'DNA聚合酶活性、链置换活性和dUTP耐受性，更适合用于LAMP、CPA等恒温扩增反应中的污染预防。与Bst Plus DNA聚合酶相比，Hieff™ Super Bst DNA Polymerase提高了Bst酶的热稳定性，有助于增强Bst酶的扩增性能。该酶适用于低模板高温LAMP反应体系，有效提高检测特异性，减少检测时间。耐高温的特性也适用于开发耐热Bst，进一步提高检测特异性。
