描述
RNase HII 是一种核糖核酸酶内部酶，来自 深海火球藻 并重组表达于 大肠杆菌。 它能识别DNA-rN-DNA/DNA双链，在核苷酸掺入DNA的位点进行切割，但对单链RNA的活性很低，对dsDNA或ssDNA无切割活性。RNase HII从5’端起的单个核苷酸残基处进行切割，切割后产生5’磷酸基和3’羟基端。该RNase HII酶在70~75℃时活性最佳，在50~75℃之间有活性，但在室温下活性很低。该产品热稳定性高，95℃孵育45分钟后几乎不失活，与各种PCR反应体系兼容。本产品不含甘油，专门用于配制冻干试剂。
