Hieff Unicon™ Pro Universal TaqMan qPCR Master Mix (UDG plus) 是一种荧光定量 qPCR 试剂，采用该公司的下一代抗体方法热启动 Taq 酶。2x TaqMan qPCR Mix 预混试剂包括反应缓冲液和酶混合物，已含有 Mg2+ 及dNTP，并添加有效抑制非特异性PCR扩增、提高多次qPCR反应效率的因子，可在进行多达4次反应的同时保证引物效率，本产品含有UDG酶，可有效防止气溶胶污染风险。
