描述
LAMP 探针检测试剂盒（Bst Plus HSS）是一款以 DNA 为模板进行 LAMP 扩增的试剂。它利用新一代 Bst DNA 聚合酶结合优化的缓冲液系统，实现高灵敏度的扩增，且特异性极佳。本产品中的缓冲液不含核酸染料，适用于基于探针的检测。对于基于荧光的方法，需要添加额外的染料。

2. 反应条件
在 63-65°C 下孵育 30-60 分钟，然后在 85°C 下灭活酶 5 分钟。
