描述
Bradford法是测定蛋白质浓度最灵敏的方法之一。它是根据Bradford染料（考马斯亮蓝G250）与蛋白质结合，染料的最大吸收峰从A456到A595，且测定的吸光度值与蛋白质浓度成正比的原理设计的。该方法可以通过光吸收值计算出蛋白质浓度，实现了蛋白质浓度测定的快速性和简便性。灵敏度高，比Lowry法高出约4倍，最低蛋白质检测可达1μg。测定快速简便，只需要一种试剂，且不受大多数样品中化学试剂的影响。
我公司提供两种规格的Bradford蛋白浓度检测试剂盒，比色法分别可使用125倍、625倍；酶标法分别可使用500倍、2500倍。
