描述
考马斯亮蓝快速染色液（无需加热，10×）是基于考马斯亮蓝染色法而设计的蛋白质染色液。适用于变性或非变性蛋白质电泳中的凝胶染色。所用染料为考马斯亮蓝 G250，不含甲醇或乙酸等有毒或刺激性物质。
本产品染色速度快，灵敏度高，无需加热脱色，5分钟内可染色约100ng蛋白，30分钟内可检测低至10ng的蛋白。凝胶染色后可能出现蓝绿色背景，可用自来水冲洗去除，即可观察或拍照。如果在旋转振荡器上用水冲洗凝胶数次，微弱的背景即可完全去除。
