描述
赖氨酸内肽酶（Lys-C）是来源于假单胞菌属的一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，能识别蛋白质中的赖氨酸，能特异性地水解赖氨酸羧基侧的酰胺键、酯键和肽键。本产品是由大肠杆菌表达的重组赖氨酸内肽酶，不含其他杂蛋白酶（如Lys-N、Arg-C等丝氨酸蛋白酶），具有与天然赖氨酸内肽酶相同的特异性和活性。
另外我公司还提供重组胰蛋白酶（质谱级）（Cat#20416ES），该酶切点为蛋白质中赖氨酸或精氨酸残基的羧基末端，客户可根据实验需要进行选择。
