描述
胰蛋白酶是由胰腺分泌的一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，它能识别蛋白质中赖氨酸或精氨酸的位点，并在赖氨酸或精氨酸残基的羧基端进行切割。本产品是由毕赤酵母表达的重组猪胰蛋白酶，按照GMP规定生产，不含任何动物源成分，无动物病毒污染（如猪流感病毒、猪细小病毒等）。天然缺乏糜蛋白酶活性，并已过滤除菌。本产品的活性受丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂如PMSF和TLCK以及金属离子螯合剂如EDTA的抑制。
