描述
Fast Blocking Western 是新一代即用型高效快速的 Western 封闭液，封闭时间仅需 10 分钟，优于脱脂奶粉、BSA、酪蛋白等传统封闭液，简化了 Western blotting 实验。使用 Fast Blocking Western 封闭可防止抗体检测时发生非特异性结合，但可进行特异性检测。与封闭液相比，它具有信号更高、背景更低、信噪比更高等优点。
该试剂不含哺乳动物来源的蛋白质成分，以避免与抗体发生交叉反应。该缓冲液与磷酸化抗体以及 NC 和 PVDF 膜兼容。但不适用于生物素标记抗体。
