描述
Precast Protein Plus Gel系列采用HEPES-Tris缓冲体系，具有分离效果优异，大大缩短电泳时间的优点。Precast Protein Gel板由塑料制成，特殊的灌注技术可以保证批次间Precast Protein Gel条带分布的稳定性和一致性，电泳效果稳定。 浓缩胶高度为1.5cm，梯度浓度为4-12%和4-20%，固定浓度为8%、10%、12%、15%，各浓度胶的上样孔数分别为10和15，10孔最大上样量为70μL，15孔最大上样量为40μL。 本系列胶不含SDS，可用于天然蛋白和变性蛋白电泳，用于天然蛋白电泳时只能分离等电点小于7的蛋白，电泳液必须与电泳液配套使用。
