此缓冲液是专门为高分辨率预制胶（Cat#36245-Cat#36256）设计的，对于高分辨率预制胶（Hepes-Tris）而言，本产品具有更佳的电泳效果，对变性蛋白电泳有效。 本产品为粉剂形式提供，使用前可先用ddH2O定容至200mL，配成10倍母液，再按10倍溶液的比例稀释成2L；或直接加2L水，配成1倍溶液使用。
