描述
细胞培养过程中经常发生支原体污染，但由于其特殊性，很难被肉眼及显微设备检测到，因此，预防支原体尤为重要，在培养基中添加支原体预防剂可有效预防支原体污染。
由于支原体缺乏细胞壁，常规抗生素一般无效，本品将常用对支原体有抑菌作用的抗生素组合，经过优化配比制成合剂，其核心成分为喹诺酮类、四环素类衍生物及大环内酯类抗生素。本品在支原体消除剂的基础上，进一步优化了三种抗生素的浓度，确保在抑制支原体生长的同时不伤害细胞。本品为2000×母液，需稀释至1×浓度，使用方法与细胞培养中加入两种抗体的方法一致。
