描述
雷普索克斯 是一种强效的TGFβR-1选择性抑制剂，抑制ATP与ALK5的结合，抑制ALK5的自身磷酸化，IC50分别为23 nM和4 nM。RepSox抑制TGF-β诱导的细胞PAI-1荧光素酶活性，IC50为18 nM。RepSox可以通过抑制TGFβR-1的作用机制，取代Sox2的功能，诱导iPS细胞重编程。
