描述
羧苄青霉素二钠盐是一种青霉素衍生的β-内酰胺类抗生素，可抑制细菌细胞壁关键成分肽聚糖的合成，对革兰氏阴性菌最有效，但对革兰氏阳性菌也有一定作用。现已被广泛用于替代氨苄青霉素，可减少长期培养过程中卫星菌落的生长。此外，在植物农杆菌介导转化过程中，当细菌与植物组织共培养后，可杀死农杆菌。建议工作浓度：0.1-30 µg/mL。
