描述
盐酸万古霉素，为两性糖肽类抗生素，仅对革兰氏阳性菌有效。作用机制为抑制NAM肽和NAG肽插入d-丙氨酰丙氨酸末端，影响其参与肽聚糖骨架的形成，阻碍细胞壁的正常形成，最终导致细菌无法存活。万古霉素还可改变细菌细胞膜的通透性，干扰RNA的合成。
本产品来源于东方链霉菌，建议工作浓度为3 µg/mL。
