描述
盐酸壮观霉素是一种氨基环醇类抗生素，对革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌均有较强的抑制作用。其抗菌原理是能与细菌核糖体的30S亚基结合，通过干扰肽链tRNA的易位，抑制蛋白质的合成和延伸。核糖体蛋白5S基因rpsE的突变可阻止盐酸壮观霉素的结合，从而产生对该抗生素的耐药性。
在细胞培养中，盐酸壮观霉素可作为抗菌剂和筛选耐药大肠杆菌或植物细胞的筛选药物。0.22 μM滤膜，过滤除菌，分装，-25℃冷冻～-15℃。
