白细胞介素 7 (IL-7) 是一种参与调节免疫细胞（包括 T 淋巴细胞和 B 淋巴细胞）发育和存活的细胞因子。它由基质细胞（如成纤维细胞和骨髓基质细胞）产生。IL-7 信号失调与自身免疫疾病和癌症有关。
