描述
IL-10 是一种抗炎细胞因子。IL-10 主要由单核细胞产生，但也由 T 细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞和其他细胞系分泌。IL-10 可以抑制 IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-3、TNF 和 GM-CSF 等细胞因子的分泌，在对抗人体过渡免疫中起重要作用。此外，由于其免疫抑制特性，IL-10 可能在临床抑制器官移植排斥反应中发挥作用。
