描述
白细胞介素 12 (IL-12) 是细胞介导免疫反应的强效调节剂，可诱导 IFN-γ-由 NK 细胞和 T 细胞产生。IL12 由活化的单核细胞/巨噬细胞、B 淋巴细胞和结缔组织型肥大细胞产生。在其生物活性中，IL-12 促进活化 NK、CD4+ 和 CD8+ 细胞的生长和活性，并诱导 IFN-γ 的产生-产生 Th1 细胞。
重组人 IL-12 是二硫键连接的 p35 亚基和 p40 亚基。该重组人 IL-12 以液体形式供应，活性高，纯度高，内毒素低，NO 标记。
