描述
肿瘤坏死因子 α (TNF-α) 又称马拉色因和 TNFSF2，是 TNF 超家族的典型配体。它是一种多效性分子，在炎症、免疫系统发育、细胞凋亡和脂质代谢中起着核心作用。在 ECD 中，小鼠 TNF-α 与大鼠的氨基酸序列同源性为 94%，与牛、犬、棉鼠、马、猫、人、猪、大鼠和恒河猴的氨基酸序列同源性为 70%-77%。TNF-α 由多种免疫细胞、上皮细胞、内皮细胞和肿瘤细胞产生。
