人类 sCD40 配体， 又称可溶性 CD40 配体蛋白，是由活化的 T 细胞产生的蛋白质。它通过与其受体 CD40 结合在免疫反应中发挥关键作用，而 CD40 表达于 B 细胞、树突状细胞和其他免疫细胞的表面。
