描述
FAP（也称为 seprase）是一种 95 kDa II 型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶，其结构与二肽基肽酶 IV（DPPIV/CD26）相关。在胞外域 (ECD) 内，人类 FAP 与小鼠和大鼠 FAP 具有 90% 的氨基酸 (aa) 序列同一性。FAP 在肿瘤组织和伤口愈合中的反应性基质成纤维细胞以及类风湿性关节炎中的滑膜细胞上表达。FAP 的基质降解活性有助于肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭。此外，FAP 可以通过限制抗肿瘤免疫的发展来增强肿瘤细胞的生长。
