描述
CD7，也称为 Leu-9，是免疫球蛋白超家族中约 40 kDa 的糖基化和棕榈酰化跨膜蛋白。成熟的人类 CD7 由 155 个氨基酸 (aa) 胞外结构域 (ECD)、21 个 aa 跨膜片段和 39 个 aa 胞质结构域组成。在 ECD 内，人类 CD7 与小鼠和大鼠 CD7 分别具有 43% 和 41% 的 aa 序列同一性。CD7 在 T 细胞、NK 细胞、髓系祖细胞和 CD19+ B 祖细胞上表达。在 CD8+ T 细胞中，CD7-bright 群体优先包含幼稚细胞和记忆细胞，而较弱的表达者主要是效应细胞。它还增强了这些细胞与纤连蛋白、ICAM-1 和 VCAM-1 的整合素介导粘附。 CD7 还介导 Galectin-1 诱导的 T 细胞凋亡并促进 HIV-1 与靶细胞的融合。
