描述
白细胞介素 6 受体 (IL-6R)，也称为 CD126（分化簇 126），是一种 I 型细胞因子受体。IL6Ra 是 IL-6R 的一部分。低浓度的可溶性 IL-6 受体 (SIL-6R) 可作为 IL-6 活性的激动剂。IL6 和该受体的失调与多种疾病的发病机制有关，例如多发性骨髓瘤、自身免疫性疾病和前列腺癌。此外，据报道，在多种慢性炎症和自身免疫性疾病以及癌症中，IL-6 和 SIL-6R 水平较高。
