描述
CD30 是肿瘤坏死因子受体家族的细胞膜蛋白，调节增殖/凋亡和抗体反应，由活化的 T 细胞和 B 细胞表达。CD30 被认为是间变性大细胞淋巴瘤 (ALCL) 和经典霍奇金淋巴瘤 (cHL) 的特异性诊断生物标志物，也是抗体-药物偶联物靶向治疗的生物标志物。
