Hieff Unicon™ Pure Pro U+ qPCR Mix（One Tube）is a fluorescent quantitative pre-mixed solution employing the company's new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme. It is specifically designed for multi-template DNA qPCR amplification systems. Utilizing Yesean's special bacterial control system, this product can effectively reduce contamination from host (Escherichia coli) DNA and environmentally introduced background bacterial DNA (such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and human genome) to a certain extent.This product has good universality and supports fast programs and fully premixed forms. In the application scenario of DNA multiplex amplification, it has the following characteristics: (1) good universality of reagents, and excellent amplification performance when combined with most probes for amplification; (2) Support pre mixing of primer&probes, and the amplification performance of fully pre mixed reagents remains unchanged after 14 days of acceleration at 37 ℃; (3) Support fast program, detection time ≤ 35min; (4) The addition of factors that effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification and enhance the amplification efficiency of multiplex qPCR reaction to the 2× Mix premix reagent has improved the sensitivity and specificity of the reagent's multiplex amplification; (5) This product adopts dUTP/UDG anti pollution system, where dUTP replaces dTTP, effectively preventing the risk of aerosol pollution and ensuring the accuracy of test results.
