Descrizione
The Fast SDS-PAGE Running Buffer is a fast electrophoresis buffer designed for use with traditional Tris-Gly SDS-PAGE protein gels. Under the premise of ensuring electrophoresis results, electrophoresis can be completed in just 20 minutes at a voltage of 220V. Compared with traditional electrophoresis buffers, it saves over an hour of electrophoresis time, significantly speeding up the electrophoresis process and improving experimental efficiency. When the temperature of the electrophoresis buffer exceeds 40℃ during electrophoresis, please use an ice bath.
