Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is a cytokine that belongs to the interleukin family. Interleukin 4 is mainly produced by T cells, B cells, macrophages and other immune cells.IL4 is a key regulatory molecule that plays an important role in the Th2 type of immune response. Interleukin 4 has a variety of biological functions that promote B cell class switching to IgE and IgG1, thereby enhancing the effects of humoral immunity. In addition, IL4 inhibits the activation of macrophages and dendritic cells and suppresses their release of inflammatory cytokines. Shipping and Storage
