Molecular Weight |
The protein has a predicted MW of 117.9 kDa (ITGA6) and 83.2 kDa (ITGB1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 140-160 kDa (ITGA6) and 110-150 kDa (ITGB1) under Non reducing (N) condition based on SDS-PAGE result. |
